ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the impact of a special training program on Turkish nurses who have moved to Germany. The program is based on a concept called Transition Theory, which helps people adapt to new situations. It aims to reduce stress, boost confidence in their professional skills, and improve their ability to socialize in a new environment. The nurses will attend educational sessions that teach them how to cope with the challenges they face in their new jobs and lives.
To take part in this study, participants need to be at least 18 years old and must be immigrant nurses who have come to Germany to work. They must agree to participate voluntarily and not have a mental health condition that would make it hard for them to join. Participants can expect to learn valuable skills over several sessions that will help them feel more comfortable and confident in their roles. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but the results will help develop better support and training for immigrant nurses in the future.
