ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is investigating how physical activity levels relate to sleep patterns in people who are recovering from alcohol dependence. Researchers want to understand if being more physically active can help individuals manage their alcohol consumption better, especially considering that some people tend to drink more based on their natural body clock, or "chronotype." For example, those who feel more awake in the evening may be more likely to drink alcohol.

To participate in the study, individuals must be between 18 and 65 years old and have a confirmed diagnosis of alcohol dependence but have been sober for at least a month. Those with serious mental health issues or physical disabilities will not be included. If you join the trial, you can expect to share information about your drinking habits and your level of physical activity, helping researchers find ways to support others in recovery. This study is currently recruiting participants of all genders who meet the eligibility criteria.
