ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new approach called "prosocial job crafting" to help reduce stress and burnout among nurses. The study aims to see if this method, which encourages nurses to share and improve their job resources, can boost their well-being and the well-being of their teams. By enhancing the support and resources available to each other, the hope is to create a healthier work environment for everyone involved.
To participate in this trial, you need to be a nurse working in a hospital setting as part of a team. This means you should be working full-time or have a substantial contract of at least three days a week. Participants will need to complete daily surveys at the end of each workday to share their experiences. It’s important for those interested to commit to filling out these surveys, as those who do not complete the initial survey or at least five daily surveys will not be eligible. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to find ways to improve the work life of healthcare professionals.
