ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how students from different university departments feel about physical activity and how this affects their exercise habits and body posture. The study will compare students studying Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, who learn a lot about physical fitness, with students from Software Engineering, who do not have this focus in their studies. By using surveys, researchers want to understand the differences in attitudes towards physical activity and how these attitudes relate to how active the students are and how well they maintain good posture.
To participate in this study, students need to be in their third or fourth year at Fırat University, either in the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation or the Software Engineering department. However, students with chronic diseases that limit their ability to exercise or those with certain posture-related conditions will not be eligible. Participants can expect to fill out questionnaires about their backgrounds, attitudes towards physical activity, and how they perceive their posture. This research aims to gather important information that could help improve physical activity levels among university students.
