ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a special pill called Sulforaphane-Smart®, which is made from concentrated broccoli ingredients. The aim is to understand how well our bodies absorb certain beneficial compounds found in this formula, especially in adults who are normal weight or overweight. Participants will take a single dose of Sulforaphane-Smart® after fasting, and researchers will collect samples of their blood and urine to see how these compounds are processed in the body.
To be eligible for this study, you should be between 20 and 45 years old, have a normal weight or be overweight, and not have any digestive or intestinal diseases. You also should not have taken antibiotics in the last three months, be on any medication, smoke, or follow a strict diet like vegetarian or vegan. There is no comparison group in this study, meaning all participants will receive the Sulforaphane-Smart® pill. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it will help us learn more about how this new formula works in healthy adults.
