Unfortunately, those who don't need treatment or do not wish to participate cannot join the trial. Participants will have the opportunity to undergo this surgery and will be monitored to see how well it works for them. This trial is currently recruiting participants of all genders, and it may provide a new option for those struggling with the effects of a myocardial bridge.

- • Patients with myocardialbridge requiring drug therapy or surgical intervention.
- Exclusion Criteria:
- • patients with myocardialbridge not requiring drug therapy or surgical intervention, or unwilling to be enrolled for any reason
