ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new way to help people improve their walking ability after experiencing neurological or cardiovascular conditions. The focus is on how our brain and body work together to control movement. Researchers believe that training the way we see and move can make a big difference in rehabilitation. They will use advanced imaging techniques to study how walking is controlled in the brain and how different systems interact to improve movement.
To participate in this trial, you should be between the ages of 65 and 74 or 21 and 914, and you need to be able to walk independently. You will need to score at least 20 on a cognitive assessment test, which checks for thinking skills. However, if you have certain cognitive impairments or other health issues that make walking difficult, you may not be eligible. If you join the study, you can expect to engage in exercises that could help enhance your walking patterns using innovative technology designed for rehabilitation.
