Participants can expect to take part in a study that may help improve the care of future patients undergoing similar surgeries. If you have serious health issues, are under 20 or over 60, or are pregnant, you won't be able to participate in this trial.

• • haemorrhoidectomy to be performed
• • written Consent
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • ASA III and above Under 20 years old - over 60 years old,
• • those who cannot be taken written consent
• • severe renal and hepatic disease,
• • pregnants,
• • those with a known allergic response to the agents used
• • patients with coagulopathy
