ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how two medications, Dexmedetomidine and Tramadol, can help patients feel less anxious and manage pain before and during surgery for hemorrhoids. The goal is to see how these drugs affect patients' comfort levels and vital signs during the surgery. Researchers want to find out if one medication works better than the other in reducing anxiety and pain after the surgery.
To be eligible for this trial, participants should be between 20 and 60 years old and scheduled for a hemorrhoidectomy, which is the surgical removal of hemorrhoids. They should also be in good health overall (classified as ASA I or II, which means they have few or no health problems) and able to give written consent. Participants can expect to take part in a study that may help improve the care of future patients undergoing similar surgeries. If you have serious health issues, are under 20 or over 60, or are pregnant, you won't be able to participate in this trial.
