ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how effective and safe paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen) is for treating frequent tension-type headaches (TTH) in adults. Tension-type headaches are a common type of headache that can happen two to 14 times a month. The goal of the trial is to see if paracetamol can help relieve these headaches when they occur.
To participate in the trial, you need to be between 18 and 65 years old and must not have any serious brain conditions or migraines. If you join the study, you will take paracetamol when you have a headache, and researchers will monitor how well it works for you. It’s important to know that the trial is not yet recruiting participants, but if you fit the criteria, you may be eligible to join once it starts.
