ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how well a new mobile app called HealthyMoms4MentalHealth can help support the mental health of pregnant women. Many women experience feelings of anxiety and depression during pregnancy, which can affect not just them but also their babies and partners. The goal of this study is to see if using this app can improve mental wellbeing for women during this important time.
To join the trial, women must be pregnant, between 8 to 15 weeks along, and at least 18 years old. They should also have their own mobile phone and be able to use a secure identification method called BankID. Participants will have the chance to use the app and share their experiences, helping researchers understand how effective it is in promoting better mental health during pregnancy. It's important to note that women with a history of severe mental health issues, like psychotic disorders, won't be eligible to participate.
