ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how the order in which dental students practice their skills affects their ability to prepare a specific type of dental restoration called a glass ceramic onlay. Essentially, researchers want to find out if the sequence of practicing different techniques can help students learn this important skill more effectively.
To participate in this study, students must be in their fourth, fifth, or sixth year of dental school and have completed relevant courses in dental prosthodontics, which is the area of dentistry focused on fixing or replacing teeth. However, students who have prior experience with this type of dental preparation or who are not willing to follow the study rules will not be eligible. Participants can expect to engage in practice sessions designed to test different methods and see how these methods impact their skill development. This study aims to improve dental education and help future dentists become more competent in their craft.
