• • unilateral laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair
• • Receiving general anesthesia
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Patients who refuse to provide consent
• • Patients with contraindications to regional anesthesia
• • Patients with impaired consciousness
• • Patients with coagulopathy
• • Patients with infections at the block site
• • Emergency cases
