ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at ways to reduce the number of times people call for emergency medical help when it’s not really necessary. Researchers want to find out if a community health program can help change how often the Emergency Medical System is used in Bergamo. They will look at the number of urgent calls made each month to see if the program makes a difference.
If you or someone you know has made an urgent call to the Emergency Medical System, you might be eligible to participate in this study. The trial is open to people of all ages and genders, but it focuses only on urgent situations, not non-urgent ones. Participants can expect to share their experiences and help researchers understand how to improve health care in the community. Overall, this study aims to help ensure that emergency services are used appropriately, benefiting everyone in the area.
