Nursing Students Artificial Intelligence Hypertension Nursing Education

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring how the use of ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence tool, can help nursing students learn about hypertension, which is high blood pressure. The study aims to understand both the advantages and limitations of using ChatGPT in nursing education, especially regarding its ability to provide accurate information and support for students. While ChatGPT can quickly deliver research and study materials, there are concerns about its reliability and the importance of personalized care that nurses need to provide to patients.

To participate in this study, you need to be a nursing student enrolled at a private university during the 2024-2025 academic year and have completed a course on Internal Medicine Nursing, which includes training on caring for patients with hypertension. If you decide to join, you can expect to learn about how useful ChatGPT can be in your education while also discussing its potential drawbacks. Remember, if at any point you feel like you want to withdraw from the study, you can do so, and that won’t affect your education.
