ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how different posture correction exercises can help improve forward head posture (FHP) in individuals who regularly use smartphones and laptops. FHP happens when your head leans too far forward, which can cause neck and shoulder pain. With more people using digital devices, this issue has become common, often without people realizing the long-term effects it can have on their health. The trial will focus on exercises like chin tucks and neck holds to see if they can help realign the head and reduce discomfort.
To participate, you need to be between 18 and 40 years old, use your smartphone or laptop for at least 2-3 hours a day, and have not received any prior treatment for forward head posture. The study will involve 56 participants who will do specific exercises for four weeks. Throughout this time, researchers will track improvements in posture and pain levels. It's a great opportunity for those who struggle with FHP to find out if structured exercises can make a difference in their everyday comfort and well-being.
