ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effectiveness of a special type of exercise called "mirror-image postural exercise" for adolescents suffering from chronic low back pain. The trial will have two groups: one group will do these mirror-image exercises, which are designed to correct posture, while the other group will follow a traditional exercise program. The goal is to see which approach helps reduce pain and improve posture more effectively.
To be eligible for the trial, participants must be adolescents aged between 6 and 17 who have chronic low back pain and certain postural deformities of the lower back. Importantly, they should have normal x-ray results and not have any serious health issues like severe heart or lung problems, previous spinal surgery, or conditions that might affect their posture. If you or someone you know fits this description, you could consider participating in the trial, which aims to provide new insights into treating low back pain in young people.
