ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of progressive relaxation exercises on nursing students. The researchers want to see how these exercises can improve sleep quality, mental resilience, and overall quality of life. While many studies have looked at relaxation techniques for pain and anxiety, this trial is unique because it will explore these effects together specifically for nursing students.
To participate, you need to be a nursing student who is willing to join the study. You should not have any chronic health conditions that could interfere with exercise, such as lung or heart problems, and you shouldn’t have any psychiatric diagnoses like major depression or anxiety. Additionally, you must have access to a computer or smartphone and the internet, and be able to communicate in Turkish. If you decide to participate, you can expect to engage in relaxation exercises and share your experiences related to sleep and well-being. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to contribute valuable insights into the well-being of nursing students.
