ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a mix of aerobic (like running or cycling) and resistance (like weight lifting) exercises can affect the quality of semen in healthy male college students in China. The main goal is to see if doing this type of exercise three times a week for 12 weeks can improve semen quality, which is important for fertility. Participants in the exercise group will follow this routine, while those in the control group will continue their regular daily activities.
To join the trial, participants must be male college students aged 18 to 22, in good health, and currently not very active physically. They should have a specific measure of sperm quality that indicates lower motility (how well the sperm move). Throughout the study, both groups will undergo tests to check their semen quality and hormone levels before and after the 12 weeks. This trial is a great opportunity for eligible students to potentially improve their health and contribute to important research on men's reproductive health.
