ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the prevalence of neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and Intellectual Developmental Disorder, among homeless individuals in France. The researchers want to understand how common these disorders are in this population and how they might contribute to homelessness. By doing this, they hope to gather important information that can help improve care and support for homeless individuals with these disorders.
To participate in the trial, individuals must be homeless and living in shelters or social rehabilitation centers, be at least 18 years old, speak French, and provide written consent to join the study. Over the course of two years, 150 participants will undergo a thorough assessment that includes standardized questionnaires and direct observations to ensure accurate diagnoses. The findings will help shed light on the challenges faced by homeless individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and guide future support services tailored to their needs.
