ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of Progressive Relaxation Exercises on first-year nursing students before they start their clinical practice. The goal is to see if these exercises can help reduce stress, improve mental resilience, and enhance their sense of meaning in life. If you are a first-year nursing student who is healthy and hasn't experienced any psychiatric issues, you may be eligible to participate. However, you would need to have no previous experience with these relaxation exercises or clinical practice.
Participants in the study will be divided into two groups: one group will practice Progressive Relaxation Exercises for four weeks, while the other group will not. The exercises are designed to help participants relax and manage stress better. Throughout the study, students will fill out surveys to share their experiences and feelings about stress and well-being. If you decide to join, you can expect to participate in sessions twice a week and share your insights on how the exercises affect you. This trial is currently recruiting participants, so it’s a great opportunity to contribute to our understanding of stress management in nursing students!
