ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how a specially designed sock can improve ankle stability and overall balance. The study aims to see if wearing this sock helps individuals feel more confident while doing balance exercises, which could be beneficial for everyday activities. Researchers are looking for participants aged 18 and older who can perform simple movements like standing up from a chair or balancing on one leg without pain.
To participate, individuals must not have had recent injuries or surgeries to their feet or legs and should not have any foot conditions that cause instability. The trial is currently recruiting participants of all genders, and those who join will wear the sock during various exercises and share their experiences. This study is important because it might lead to new ways to help people improve their balance and stability, which can reduce the risk of falls and enhance overall mobility.
