ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how manual therapy, a hands-on treatment that helps with muscle and joint issues, can affect physical and sports performance in healthy individuals. The researchers want to see if using manual therapy techniques can improve strength, flexibility, and other important aspects of physical activity. Participants will do some sports tests before and after receiving manual therapy to measure any changes in their performance.
To be eligible for this study, participants should be between the ages of 18 and 62 and engage in low- or moderate-intensity physical activities at least three days a week. They should not have any recent injuries that would prevent them from receiving manual therapy. If you join the study, you can expect to warm up, take part in sports tests, receive manual therapy on certain body areas, and then repeat the tests to see if there's any improvement. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it could offer valuable insights into how manual therapy can enhance athletic performance.
