ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how a special rehabilitation program can help people with Long COVID-19, especially those who also have other chronic health issues like high blood pressure or diabetes. The researchers want to see if participating in a structured program that includes physical and mental exercises can improve patients' daily functioning, thinking abilities, and overall quality of life compared to just receiving helpful information about their condition.

To participate, individuals must have had a confirmed COVID-19 infection and be experiencing ongoing symptoms, like fatigue or difficulty breathing, that affect their daily life for at least four weeks. Eligible participants will be randomly placed into one of two groups: one will attend weekly sessions with exercises for eight weeks, while the other will receive educational messages. Throughout the study, participants will take part in various assessments to measure their progress. It's important to note that this trial is not yet recruiting participants, and certain health conditions may prevent some individuals from joining.
