ClinConnect Summary
The AI-IVF Study is a clinical trial designed to understand how certain factors, especially autoimmune diseases, can affect the success of in vitro fertilization (IVF). Infertility can happen when a couple cannot become pregnant after trying for a year, and conditions like autoimmune diseases may make it harder for women to conceive. This study aims to use artificial intelligence (AI) to help identify the best eggs and embryos, which could improve the chances of a successful pregnancy for women undergoing fertility treatments.
The trial is currently recruiting women under the age of 43 who are preparing for an IVF cycle using fresh sperm. To be eligible, they need to have a sufficient number of healthy sperm available for the procedure. However, women with certain uterine or genetic abnormalities, or those who test positive for specific infections, cannot participate. If you join this study, you can expect to contribute to important research that may help improve IVF outcomes for women with autoimmune diseases and potentially others in the future.
