ClinConnect Summary
The Parenting for Lifelong Health Program in Kuwait is a clinical trial designed to improve the way parents interact with their children, which is important for the children's overall development and well-being. The trial focuses on adapting a successful parenting program to fit the culture in Kuwait and will assess whether this program can positively impact parenting behaviors and child mental health. The goal is to help parents develop stronger relationships with their kids, which can lead to better emotional, social, and academic outcomes for children aged 2 to 9.
To participate, you need to be a primary caregiver of a child in that age group, be at least 18 years old, and a Kuwaiti resident who speaks Arabic. Unfortunately, non-Arabic speakers, non-Kuwaitis, or parents whose partners are already involved in the study cannot join. If you decide to participate, you can expect to engage in activities that will help you learn new parenting skills and strategies, all within a supportive group setting. This trial is currently active, but they are not recruiting new participants at this time.
