ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, titled "Frequency of Skin Diseases in Children with Inborn Errors of Immunity," aims to understand how common skin conditions are in children with specific immune system disorders. The researchers will look at patients at Assiut University Children Hospital to see how often these skin diseases occur and what types of skin problems these children experience.
To participate in this study, children must be under 18 years old and diagnosed with an Inborn Error of Immunity (IEI), which means their immune system doesn’t work as it should. Unfortunately, older patients or those who have not yet been diagnosed with an IEI will not be able to join. This study is important because it will help doctors learn more about the connection between immune system disorders and skin problems, potentially leading to better care and treatment options for affected children.
