ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at whether personalized exercise plans, created using data about each individual, can help improve walking for people who have had a stroke. The researchers want to find out if these tailored exercise programs can enhance walking patterns, overall movement abilities, and help individuals feel more connected to their communities after a stroke.
To participate, you need to be between 45 and 75 years old and have had a stroke at least six months ago. You should be able to walk independently for 10 meters and score at least 6 out of 10 on a simple mental test. The program includes 12 exercise sessions over six weeks, where you will do specific exercises either from a personalized plan or a standard plan. Researchers will check your progress before you start, after six sessions, after all 12 sessions, and again three months later. This study is currently recruiting and welcomes all genders. If you're interested, it could be a great opportunity to help improve your walking and overall recovery!
