ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how specific exercises and posture training can help young adults with neck pain. The researchers want to see if these exercises improve posture control and make it easier for individuals to perform everyday activities, like typing or lifting objects. Participants in the study will be between 18 and 35 years old, have been experiencing neck pain for at least six months, and have a certain level of disability due to their neck pain.
If you decide to join, you will first complete a quick assessment to measure your pain and any difficulties you have due to neck issues. After that, you will receive training on specific exercises and posture correction. You will then perform various activities while the researchers record your movements using special technology. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but if you meet the criteria and are interested, it could be a great opportunity to help improve neck pain treatment.
