ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand how common white spot lesions are on tooth enamel in young adults who have had orthodontic treatment, such as braces. White spot lesions are small, white patches that can appear on teeth and are often a sign of early decay or damage to the enamel. The study will involve young adults aged 18 to 30 years who are visiting an outpatient clinic and are willing to participate.
To be eligible for this study, participants must be between 18 and 30 years old and must agree to take part by providing their consent. The study is open to both men and women. However, those with certain dental conditions or defects, such as fluorosis or other issues affecting enamel formation, will not be included. If you decide to participate, you can expect to have your dental health assessed, which will help researchers learn more about the effects of orthodontic treatment on tooth enamel.
