ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring a new method called Linear Micro-Perforation Osteotomy (LMPO) for treating patients with narrow alveolar ridges who need dental implants. The goal is to see if using advanced technology, like artificial intelligence and computer guidance, can improve the results of this procedure compared to traditional techniques. This new approach aims to expand the bone in a less invasive way, which could potentially reduce complications and improve patient comfort.

To participate in the trial, patients should be aged between 65 and 74 years and have a narrow ridge that meets specific criteria, such as having at least 3 mm of bone width and 10 mm of bone height. However, those with certain health issues, like uncontrolled diabetes or active infections, will not be eligible. If you join the study, you can expect thorough evaluations through advanced imaging and careful monitoring throughout the treatment process. This trial aims to provide better outcomes for patients needing dental implants in challenging situations.
