ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called "Stress Management for College Students," is exploring whether a virtual task can help reduce feelings of distress in college students. Researchers want to find out if students who complete this virtual task will feel less stressed and whether both men and women will benefit equally from it. To do this, they will compare the effects of the virtual task with a control task, which is another virtual activity that is not expected to reduce distress.
If you are a college student aged 18 or older, you may be eligible to participate. During the study, you will engage in either the virtual task or the control task for 20 minutes on three different days within one week. Before starting the first task, you will fill out a survey about your well-being, and then you will complete another survey about six weeks later to see if there have been any changes. This is a great opportunity to contribute to research that could help improve stress management for students like you!
