ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how effective scapular exercises are for people with shoulder pain, particularly those who have a condition called scapular dyskinesis, where the shoulder blade moves improperly. The researchers want to see if focusing on exercises that improve scapula movement can help relieve shoulder pain better than standard treatments.
To be eligible to participate, individuals must have had shoulder pain for at least a month and show signs of scapular dyskinesis. Participants should be at least 18 years old and have a certain level of shoulder movement. However, those who have recently received treatment for their shoulder, have specific shoulder injuries or conditions, or have certain health issues will not be able to join the study. If you decide to participate, you can expect to engage in exercises specifically designed to improve the movement of your shoulder blade, which may help reduce your pain and improve your shoulder function.
