ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how well different types of multifocal intraocular lenses (IOLs) work for patients with cataracts who also have high myopia, which means they are very nearsighted. The goal is to see which lens helps improve vision the most and how satisfied patients are with their results after surgery. To do this, researchers will measure visual quality and ask participants about their experiences through surveys.
To be eligible for this trial, participants must be at least 18 years old and have specific eye measurements indicating high myopia. They should not have any other serious eye conditions that could affect their vision. Those who have a history of certain eye problems or previous eye surgeries may not qualify. If someone joins the study, they can expect to have their vision assessed and to share feedback on their satisfaction with the surgery and lenses. This trial is currently active but not recruiting new participants.
