ClinConnect Summary
The "Conquering Hypertension in Urban Vietnam" trial is a study aimed at helping adults in a large city in northern Vietnam better manage their high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. This is important because uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to serious health problems. The trial will involve groups of people and will look at how effective different methods are in helping participants control their blood pressure.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be at least 18 years old and have high blood pressure that isn’t well controlled, meaning their blood pressure readings are 140/90 or higher. Participants should not be pregnant, have severe memory problems, or be involved in other hypertension studies. If you join, you can expect support and resources to help manage your condition better. This study is currently not recruiting participants, but it aims to make a significant impact in the community by improving blood pressure control for many adults.
