ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how exercise and physical activity can help adults who have experienced an acquired brain injury. The goal is to understand the benefits of staying active for these individuals, which may improve their overall health and quality of life.
To participate, you need to be over 18 years old and have a medical diagnosis of acquired brain injury. It's important that you can safely follow exercise guidelines and have given your consent to join the study. However, if you have serious health issues that could make exercising unsafe, like unstable heart or lung problems, or if you have conditions that make it hard to communicate, you won't be eligible to take part. Although the trial isn’t recruiting just yet, those who do join can expect to engage in a structured exercise program designed to be safe and beneficial for their recovery.
