ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring a new program called the Grow to Recovery program, which aims to help people with mental health challenges by using peer support. This means that individuals who have experienced mental illness themselves will work alongside trained professionals to guide others in their recovery journey. The goal is to see if this approach can be effectively used in Taiwan, where such peer services are just starting to develop. By participating, individuals may gain valuable tools and support to help them in their recovery.

To be eligible for this trial, participants must be at least 18 years old and living in the community. People with mental illness should have a diagnosis for over a year and be able to participate in group activities. Professionals working in mental health can also join if they are open to collaborating with peers. Participants can expect to engage in group sessions, share experiences, and learn from each other in a supportive environment. This trial is currently looking for volunteers, so if you or someone you know fits the criteria, it could be a great opportunity to help shape mental health services in Taiwan.
