ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how our brains work when performing tasks that require hand skills, both in the real world and in immersive virtual reality (VR). The researchers want to understand if the brain activity is different when using VR technology compared to real-life situations. They will also explore how brain activity relates to the movements of the hands and compare how the brain reacts when using hand-tracking tools versus traditional controller devices.
To participate in this study, individuals must be at least 18 years old, have normal or corrected vision, and be able to follow simple instructions. However, people with a history of seizures, recent involvement in similar studies, or certain medical conditions affecting hand movements won’t be eligible. If you join, you’ll help researchers learn more about how technology can support rehabilitation and skill training, which could benefit many in the future.
