ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to see how well a new imaging device called the MIMOSA Pro can measure tissue oxygen levels in patients with vascular issues, such as leg ulcers or foot ulcers. The researchers want to find out if the results from the MIMOSA Pro match up with traditional tests that check blood flow in the legs, like the Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) and Doppler wave forms. They also want to see if the MIMOSA Pro can help assess the condition of patients more effectively than other methods.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old and willing to follow the study procedures. You should be undergoing an ABI test and may have had or will have other standard checks for your vascular health. If you join, you’ll continue with your usual care and allow researchers to take images of your legs with the MIMOSA Pro. The study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to help improve the way we diagnose and manage vascular diseases in the future.
