ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at a special support program called the CPG-CA, designed for family caregivers of children and teenagers with emotional and behavioral disorders, such as anxiety, ADHD, or mood disorders. The aim is to see if this program can help caregivers feel less overwhelmed and stressed in their roles. Researchers will compare the CPG-CA program to regular care to find out if it truly makes a difference in easing caregiver burden and how well caregivers receive this program.

To take part in this trial, caregivers must be at least 18 years old and have been caring for a child or teenager under 18 with a confirmed emotional or behavioral disorder for at least three months. Caregivers will participate for 12 weeks, either in the CPG-CA program or in regular care. It’s important to note that caregivers who are paid, or who care for children with certain other conditions like autism, cannot join this study. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it represents a valuable opportunity for caregivers to receive support and potentially improve their well-being.
