ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at medical students to see how many of them are protected against two viruses: hepatitis B and varicella-zoster (the virus that causes chickenpox). The study will check the immunity levels of these students, who are all over 18 years old and currently studying medicine. However, students who already have hepatitis B or varicella-zoster infections won’t be able to participate.
The trial has not started recruiting participants yet, so there’s still time for interested medical students to learn more. If selected, participants will take part in a simple process to measure their immunity, helping researchers understand how well vaccination programs are working for future generations of healthcare professionals. This information is important because it can help ensure that medical students are protected against these viruses, which is crucial for their health and safety.
