ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is testing a program designed to help people quit smoking. It compares two approaches: one group will receive text messages based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alone, while the other group will get those same text messages along with mindfulness audio support. The goal is to see which method is more effective in helping people reduce how much they smoke, manage cravings, and improve their overall emotional well-being.
To participate in this study, you need to be between the ages of 18 and 75, smoke at least 5 cigarettes a day, and want to quit or cut down on smoking. You also need to be able to access the digital materials provided in the program. However, if you're currently in another smoking cessation program or have a serious mental health condition that could affect your participation, you won't be eligible. If you join, you can expect to receive support through text messages and audio that can help you on your journey to quit smoking and improve your quality of life.
