ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how game-based exercises can help improve balance, reduce fear of movement (known as kinesiophobia), and lower feelings of fatigue and pain in people who don’t get much physical activity. With more people leading sedentary lifestyles due to technology and other factors, this study aims to see if fun, game-like exercises can encourage more movement and improve overall well-being.
To participate in this study, you need to be between the ages of 18 and 45 and currently engage in a moderate level of physical activity (not more than 1500 minutes of exercise per week). You should also be able to understand the study and perform the exercises without any cognitive difficulties. If you have severe vision problems, cancer, or engage in very high levels of activity, you may not be eligible. Participants can expect to take part in engaging exercises designed to help improve their physical health and possibly reduce discomfort related to being less active. The study is currently recruiting participants, so if you or someone you know fits the criteria, it could be a great opportunity to get involved!
