ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a program called MAEva, which uses meditation and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help reduce stress for employees working at a Cancer Center. The program consists of three sessions held once a week, where participants will learn different meditative practices and discuss important themes related to mindfulness and values. Before and after the program, participants will fill out surveys to measure their quality of life and stress levels, allowing researchers to see how the program impacts their well-being.
To be eligible for this program, participants need to be adults who are willing to commit to attending all three sessions and have a schedule that allows for their participation. They must also be part of the social security system and able to sign a consent form. At the end of the program, participants will share their thoughts through a satisfaction questionnaire and an interview, which will help the researchers understand how effective the program was. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and everyone is welcome, regardless of gender.
