Upper Cross Syndrome Iastm Release Of Upper Track Of Deep Front Facial Line

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is exploring two different treatments for people with Upper Cross Syndrome, a condition that often causes poor posture, including a forward head and rounded shoulders. The study will compare the effects of a specific type of muscle release technique called "release of upper track of deep front facial line" to another method known as myofascial release with IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). The goal is to see which treatment helps improve posture and reduce discomfort better.

To participate in this trial, individuals must be between 18 and 40 years old and have certain physical characteristics, like a forward head posture and a rounded back. However, people with a history of neck injuries, certain medical conditions (like osteoporosis or heart issues), or other specific health problems will not be eligible. While the trial is not yet recruiting participants, those who join can expect to receive one of the two treatment methods and to be monitored to assess how well it works for their condition.
