ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on creating a Norwegian version of a questionnaire called the Things You Do Questionnaire (TYDQ-15), which helps measure behaviors related to mental health. The TYDQ-15 is used in therapy to identify and encourage healthy behaviors that can improve conditions like depression and anxiety. Since this questionnaire is not currently available in Norwegian, the study aims to translate it and make sure it fits well with Norwegian culture. Researchers will also test how reliable and valid the questionnaire is, meaning they want to ensure it accurately measures what it's supposed to measure within the Norwegian population.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be at least 16 years old and fluent in Norwegian. The trial is not yet open for recruiting participants, but once it is, those who join can expect to help improve mental health services in Norway by contributing to the development of this important tool. Your involvement could ultimately help others in their journey toward better mental health.
