ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how posture training can help middle school students with back pain and improve their posture. The researchers want to find out if learning the right way to sit and stand can make a difference in how much pain students feel and how well they hold their bodies. To do this, they will compare students who receive posture training to those who do not.
To participate, students in 5th to 8th grade will need permission from their parents and should be able to attend all training sessions. They will fill out a survey about their back pain and posture before the training starts, right after it ends, and again one and three months later. The program includes three sessions where students will learn about good posture, spinal health, and exercises to strengthen their backs. It's important for students to be present in school on the days of the study and to complete all parts of the training. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to help students learn how to take better care of their backs.
