To be eligible for the study, mothers must be pregnant with fetuses that have serious kidney issues, specifically bilateral renal development anomalies, which means both kidneys are affected. Participants will need to provide consent, and fathers must agree as well. However, the study will not include pregnancies where only one kidney is affected, pregnancies that might pose risks from the testing, or cases involving multiple babies, such as twins. Overall, this trial is an important step in improving the care and management of pregnancies complicated by kidney problems.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • All fetuses with bilateral renal development anomalies with structural changes in the parenchyma, with or without associated urinary tract anomalies;
• • Signed informed consent of the mother
• • Non-opposition of the father.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Unilateral abnormality of renal development
• • Any pregnancy for which amniocentesis may represent a risk for the fetus or the mother
• • Twin pregnancies
• • Pregnant woman protected by law (guardianship, curatorship)
