ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how hospitals can improve their emergency response during crises, such as disasters or other urgent situations. Specifically, it looks at a system called the Hospital Incident Command System, which is designed to help organize and manage hospital operations during emergencies. The researchers want to understand how this system works in practice and how communication happens among staff during these critical times. Although this topic is often discussed at professional meetings, there isn't much scientific research on how effective it really is in hospitals.
To participate in this study, you need to have taken part in at least one training session about the hospital incident command system. If you're chosen, you'll take part in interviews where you'll share your experiences and insights about emergency response. The trial is currently not recruiting participants, and anyone who decides not to participate will be excluded from the study. Overall, this research aims to gather valuable information that could help hospitals respond better during emergencies, ultimately improving patient care and safety.
