ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on improving safety and performance in the operating room (OR) by using a special tool called the Operating Room Black Box (ORBB). The study aims to find out how effective virtual reality training can be for OR team members—like surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists—in making surgeries safer and more efficient. Researchers will look at how well this training works and what challenges might come up when trying to use it in real-life situations.
To be eligible for the trial, participants need to have at least five years of experience working in the operating room. This includes roles like surgeons, scrub techs, nurses, anesthesiologists, and other key team members. If you join the study, you can expect to take part in advanced virtual training scenarios designed to enhance your skills. It's important to know that this trial is not recruiting participants yet, but it aims to bring innovative training methods to improve patient care in the future.
