ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on creating and testing a Chinese version of a questionnaire called the Comprehensive Pain Assessment Tool Short Form (COMPAT-SF). The goal is to see if this tool effectively measures pain for people suffering from chronic pancreatitis, a condition that causes ongoing pain in the pancreas. The study will help doctors in China better understand and treat pain in patients with this condition by ensuring the tool is accurate and reliable over time.
To participate, you must be diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis and have experienced pancreatic pain in the last year. If you join the study, you'll fill out the Chinese COMPAT-SF questionnaire twice, with two weeks in between, and answer some additional questions about your pain. This will help researchers determine if the questionnaire provides consistent results. The trial is open to adults aged 18 and older, and it aims to support better pain management for those living with chronic pancreatitis.
